Before happily coming across KushBuddy, I’d bought from another similar store on-line–the customer service was poor–slow and somewhat confused–but the shake was over-processed and ground to a powder (fine only for making edibles; UNUSABLE for vaping or smoking).
I asked them a few times to just hold that food processor button down a little less longer when processing pounds of shake but my problems were never even acknowledged, let alone fixed. 🙁
KushBuddy’s shake has some powder in it but is mostly made of bits large enough to vape or smoke. The less time processing means it has more bits of sticks, but I’m very happy to deal with that very small annoyance compared to buying a pound of marijuana powder rather than shake!! :0
