By ordering from Kush Buddy you acknowledge that you are over the age of 19 and can legally purchase cannabis in your province. Delivery & Shipping

You can learn about our delivery & shipping policies here. While we take every step possible to ensure a timely deliver of your products we may sometimes experience a higher than expected volume. If there are any delays in your order we will coordinate with you directly to find a suitable resolution.

Payments

e-Transfer: Payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer. You will receive your custom payment instructions during checkout and in your order confirmation email.  Please note the payment instructions and ensure you use the correct recipient name as any other variation will be rejected. If payment is not completed within 24 hours the order is automatically cancelled. A 1% service fee will be added to all e-transfer payments to help offset processing costs.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on delivery is only available to select customers. You will automatically become eligible if you are in the Greater Toronto Area, qualify for GTA Express Delivery, and have completed a certain number of purchases via e-Transfers. If you are eligible for Cash on Delivery, you will see the option during checkout. Payments made in cash will have the HST and 1% processing fee reversed. Please note that placing an order and failing to pay on delivery will result in a permanent ban.

Orders with limited quantity items are placed on hold for an hour before it is automatically cancelled. 

Email Communication

You agree that we may contact you time to time via email to for promotional or informational reasons. We will never sell or use your email address with any third party groups.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We encourage and foster inclusivity here at Kush Buddy. We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of verbal abuse against our staff. Our team works around the clock to provide the best possible service. While mistakes can happen from time to time, we will work with you to the best of our abilities in finding a solution. Customers who violate this policy will be banned from our shop without exception.
