Which carriers can I use?
Canada Post and Purolator are available to customers in the GTA and outside the GTA. Shipping methods and charges vary by destination and service.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping service you choose. A free shipping option is available when your order total is over $175 after discounts. Faster paid options may also be available.
When will my order ship?
We ship Monday to Friday. Place your order and have payment confirmed before 1 PM Eastern for same-day shipping. There is no weekend dispatch.
When will it arrive?
Dispatch is when a parcel is handed to the carrier. It is separate from the date the parcel arrives. Carrier arrival dates are estimates.
We ship from Southern Ontario. Use the guide below to compare your options.
Free shipping over $175 after discounts uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Purolator Ground. Faster paid options may also be available. Purolator is not offered for the territories.
All times are estimates in business days after dispatch. Weekends and holidays are not included. Weather, carrier delays and other factors outside our control can change arrival times.
