Which carriers can I use?
Canada Post and Purolator are available to customers in the GTA and outside the GTA. Shipping methods and charges vary by destination and service.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping service you choose. A free shipping option is available when your order total is over $175 after discounts. Faster paid options may also be available.
When will my order ship?
Postal dispatch operates Monday to Friday. The same-day dispatch cutoff is 1 PM Eastern, with payment confirmed by that time. There is no weekend dispatch.
When will it arrive?
Dispatch is when a parcel is handed to the carrier. It is separate from the date the parcel arrives. Carrier arrival dates are estimates.

If your parcel is late or missing, get in touch and we’ll look into it.
