How much are Buddy Bucks worth?

25 Buddy Bucks = $1 off. So 125 points = $5, 250 points = $10, 1,250 points = $50.

Do my Buddy Bucks or rewards expire?

No. Neither your points nor any reward you create ever expires. (Very old coupons created before 2024 had expiry dates — anything created now is yours forever.)

I redeemed points but can't find my reward. Where did it go?

It's safe in your account: My Account → Buddy Bucks → Coupons. It also appears right in your cart when your order qualifies. Nothing is ever lost — revert it back to points anytime.

Why won't my reward apply to my cart?

Each discount tier has a cart-size range ($5 off needs $40+, $10 off fits carts $55–$124, and so on). Sale discounts lower your cart subtotal, which can move you into a different tier. Your cart always shows which rewards your current order qualifies for and exactly why others don't.

Can I use a Buddy Bucks reward together with a sale?

Yes — automatic sales (like the Fall Sale) and seasonal coupon promotions stack with your reward and still earn points. The only combination that doesn't work is a reward plus a second typed-in coupon code: one per order.

Do I earn Buddy Bucks when I use a reward?

No — orders paid with a Buddy Bucks reward don't earn new points. You do still earn points when automatic discounts or seasonal coupon codes are applied.

How do referrals work?

Share your personal link (in your account). Your friend gets 500 Buddy Bucks for joining, and you earn 100% of their first order total as points.

When do I receive my points?

As soon as your order is complete (paid/shipped or cash collected). Cancelled or refunded orders remove the points automatically.
